Hi there!

My name is Angie Escalante.

I’m a social media marketing professional who works with organizations and small businesses to bring your ideas to life through storytelling.

I leverage social media to create an online community for brands to share, engage, and connect with their audiences. My focus is to deliver content and strategies that reflect authenticity, transparency, and simplicity for organizations and small businesses alike.

I was born and raised in Providence, Rhode Island by a single mom who immigrated from Guatemala in the 1990s. I grew up in a bilingual, low-income household and graduated from the Providence public school system, then went to the Community College of Rhode Island for my associate degree. After transferring to Johnson & Wales University to complete my bachelor’s degree in marketing, I stayed an additional year to earn a master’s in business administration.

Throughout my college career and after graduating, I’ve worked in social media in the higher education and nonprofit fields. I also teach part-time as an adjunct faculty member in the Communications & Media Department at CCRI, which has been one of the most rewarding aspects of my professional life.

I look forward to working with you!
